1. Water ice Production
PWIF will cover the expenses of ingredients and labor for the producition of water ice in 2 1/2 gallon
buckets for the event. Number of buckets and flavors produced will be based upon, but not limited to the
expected number and demographics of attendees, event location and availability of flavor syrup.
2. Transportation and Set-Up: PWIF will provide the labor and equipment to transport, serving station
set-up (table, chairs, etc.), serving supplies and accessories (napkins,spoons, etc.) and removal/clean-up
of serving station area at the conclusion of event.
3. Serving of Water Ice: PWIF will provide and supervise trained staff to serve Water Ice at event. Number of
employees and timing of service will be based upon but not limited to type of event, number of expected
attendees and time of event.
HOSTING ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES
In return the hosting organization is simply to provide a suitable site at event location to set-up Water Ice
Serving Station.
BENEFITS
The hosting organization benefits by:
1. Offering attendees at their next event a delicious, frozen treat that can be rarely found in DC other than
at PWIF, and
2. Increase their fundraising revenue by receiving 30% of profits at the conclusion of the event.
